Caleb Roose is a project manager at the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI), where he advises and facilitates FYI church trainings and research (Youth Ministry Innovations, Ministry Innovations with Young Adults, and Living a Better Story), coaches and consults with churches around the country, and develops resources. The coauthor of Sticky Faith Innovation: How Your Compassion, Creativity and Courage Can Support Teenagers' Lasting Faith with Steven Argue, Caleb is passionate about helping young people wrestle with their faith and encouraging leaders to do the same. Jane Hong-Guzman de Leon is the TENx10 Collaboration Training Manager at the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI). She holds a BA in English Literature from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary. Jane is also a licensed pastor with over a decade of ministry experience pastoring youth and adults in two thriving church plants in Southern California. Prior to becoming a pastor, Jane worked as a probation counselor, junior high English teacher, and a university professor in Mexico. Read more about Jane.

Zach Ellis is the Church Training Manager at the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI). Zach holds an MDiv from Nazarene Theological Seminary and a PhD from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is ordained in the Church of the Nazarene and is an active volunteer in his church’s youth group. Before joining FYI, he was a youth pastor in Eastern Oregon. Andy Jung is the Senior Director of Church Engagement and Business Administration at the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI), where he oversees the church engagement strategy. He leads cohorts and other training initiatives, develops relationships and networks with church and denominational leaders and ensures effective systems and processes to execute all these efforts effectively and efficiently. He has served as a youth minister for 20+ years and a senior pastor for five years. In addition, Andy also served as a state executive leader for Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of NC for two years. Rev. Charles (Chuck) Hunt, D.Min has been ministering to adolescents, young adults, and their families for more than 30 years. He was born in Virginia and grew up in Huntington Beach, CA where his love for adventure developed. He has a BS from Hampton University in Aviation as well as an M.Div and D.Min from Fuller Theological Seminary. Chuck is passionate about Christ’s call to restore our relationship with God and with each other, thus he advocates for righteousness and justice. Over the last 20 years Katie has served in just about every role imaginable in the local church. She first connected with FYI as a participant in a Sticky Faith Cohort in 2011 and was certified as a Sticky Faith Trainer in 2014. Katie officially joined our team in 2019 serving as a coach in our Ministry Innovations for Young Adults (MIYA) cohorts. She is currently coaching churches through both our Growing Young and Sticky Faith Innovation cohorts. Katie is passionate about empowering leaders and creating spaces for connection and healing. She also loves helping leaders connect the dots between their own spiritual formation and the work of everyday ministry. She and her family recently relocated to Central Florida from the midwest and are soaking up sunshine, new FL adventures, and being in close proximity to Disney.

Keegan currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Gig Harbor Church of the Nazarene in Gig Harbor, WA. Prior to this role, his journey in life has led him through arenas of youth ministry in Southern California, an MDiv in Spiritual Formation from Northwest Nazarene University, a position as Pastor of Intergenerational Discipleship, and the joy of coaching churches in partnership with the Fuller Youth Institute and Sticky Faith. His greatest joys are being a husband to Jayme and father to Joncee and Kaizlee. When not in vocational ministry, you can find him with a book or wandering a local golf course.
