1. Summit 1 Summary Video:
Here is a 20-minute video to orient you to all of the most important details of the training. Some of the information is similar to what we’ve sent you in print, but we wanted to expand on several pieces and give you a sense of the people behind the documents. Feel free to watch (or listen to) the video on your own or together at a team meeting.
2. PRE-SUMMIT CONTENT SURVEY: (Due January 21, 2020)
As the point leader or as a team, please complete this pre-summit assessment survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SoCalLABS2020PreAssess. We only need 1 per church. Note this survey is different from the logistics survey. It will help us learn from your church and will shape content for the two-year training.
The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
3. REVIEW AND SIGN THE LABS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT: (Due February 3)
Here is the participation agreement for this cohort: LABS Participation Agreement. Please review and share with your church leadership, as necessary. The intent of the document is to clearly outline responsibilities of FYI and your church and establish that we hope to share what we learn from your church to help other churches (and you can share too!). The document can be reviewed and signed electronically at the link provided. This link also provides a PDF copy of the agreement that can be downloaded or printed if you prefer to return it via email or regular mail. We only need 1 per church.
