Osheta Moore
Osheta (pronounced, “O-she-da") is an African-American, suburbanite Texan now living in Saint Paul, MN where she pastors a small church with her husband. Osheta has authored Shalom Sistas: Living Wholeheartedly in a Broken-Hearted World and Dear White Peacemakers: Dismantling Racism with Grit and Grace. She has a podcast called Shalom Sessions and has been known to lead breath-prayers on Instagram. Osheta is currently completing a program to become a Spiritual Director so that she can offer spiritual friendship to those on their anti-racism journeys. Osheta believes everything is better after a nap, and is currently learning how to play the cello because beautiful music is a necessity.
