Greg Boyle

Father Greg Boyle, or "G" as the homies call him, is a Jesuit priest. He served as pastor of Dolores Mission in Boyle Heights from 1986 to 1992 and in 1988 he co-founded what is now Homeboy Industries, the largest gang-intervention, rehabilitation, and re-entry program in the world. Some of the books he’s written are Tattoos on the Heart, Barking to the Choir, and The Whole language.
