Carlos Piñero

Carlos has served in local church and parachurch ministry for 20 years. Whether as a Youth Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, Church Planter, or Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships at RightNow Media, his consistent passion has been equipping leaders to live on mission with Jesus.

As President of YouthWorks, Carlos guides the mission, culture, and innovation of the ministry. He galvanizes leaders, organizations, and churches toward our vision: a world where Christ-followers are known for hospitality, service, and justice.

Carlos and his wife Lydia live in Arlington, TX with their 5 kids. On the evenings and weekends, you can find them playing flag football, visiting the zoo, or exploring new restaurants. Carlos’ love language is craft coffee, fajitas, and the Dallas sports scene.
