What are people saying about Sticky Faith Innovation Group Coaching?
Sticky Faith Innovation Group Coaching helped me as a leader move our ministry out of a place where we felt stuck. Our old patterns of ministry were beginning to feel stale and ineffective for meeting the actual needs of teenagers in our church. This training helped me organize my team to discern the needs of students and a helpful way forward to meeting those needs.
As a result of the Sticky Faith Innovation Group Coaching, we were able to hear the real needs of our students and parents and through listening to their stories, Sticky Faith Innovation helped us to creatively discover how our ministry and our church could meet them in their real lives.
From first glance you may wonder if you need the training when you can just buy the book. That's what I thought. What I found after purchasing the training was an almost plug-n-play system that provided intimate and productive team meetings that I would have had to spend hours of my own time preparing otherwise. If you are really serious about taking your through Sticky Faith Innovation, do yourself a favor and purchase the training as well!
I started my job as a youth pastor in Portland, OR one month after graduating college in 2020, in the height of the pandemic. I was searching for a set of tools to help take the youth ministry at my church to the next level, and Sticky Faith Innovation proved to be immensely helpful for me. Most youth ministry tools I've found are out of date and touch with the current youth. But Sticky Faith Innovation was relevant and gave me the tools to help be in touch with what the youth are going through.
