What happens after I register?
Mark your calendars for the welcome webinar on March 2, 2023, 9:00am–10:30am (Pacific). A Zoom link will be provided ahead of the webinar.
Get started on the online training right away! Before the welcome webinar, you (or your team leader) will go through your first modules of the Sticky Faith Innovation Online Team Training to help you start putting your innovation team together. Building a team takes time, so don’t wait to get started!
Can my innovation team join the welcome webinar and/or group coaching calls?
Yes! Your team members are welcome to attend both the webinar and group coaching calls. However, only team leaders’ schedules will be taken into account when scheduling group coaching calls.
How will we know what to do between group coaching sessions?
The Sticky Faith Innovation Online Team Training will guide you and your team through the innovation process. Between the welcome webinar and coaching sessions, you and your teammates will be working together on the 3 moves of innovation: compassion, creativity, and courage.
What is the overall length of this training?
The training begins as soon as you register. Your last group coaching call will be in mid-June. After your final group coaching call, your team will be ready to implement your final innovation plan over the summer and fall. Here is a link to the detailed training schedule.
How does group coaching work?
During your 3 group coaching sessions, you’ll join a small group of youth leaders to meet with an innovation coach who will help you process what you’re learning, envision innovative moves for your unique ministry context, and plan your next steps.
When does the group coaching experience end?
All group and 1-to-1 coaching sessions will be completed by June 30, 2023. However, your access to the Sticky Faith Innovation Online Team Training never expires!
Are there any scholarships available for this training?
