The consulting work done by FYI takes the invaluable research from their book, Growing Young, and puts it into action. Jake's approach was structured, the work we did was inspiring, and the coaching provided was thoughtful and motivating! Through God's Grace and FYI's help, we hope to have a flourishing church for all generations for many years to come!

Working with Jake and the FYI team over the last couple years has proven to be a valuable asset. Jake is a gifted guide in working through priorities, tensions, and formulating processes. We are thankful for Jake and his continuous focus and perspective that is a vital component to the ongoing health of First Presbyterian Church of Midland.

The Fuller Youth Institute, specifically with consultants Jake Mulder and Caleb Roose, were and have been those fellow sojourners on our path towards the future. Jake and Caleb, with the FYI team, have been phenomenal in their hands-on approach, their analysis of our congregational and community demographics, in listening to the hopes and dreams of staff and leadership, in telling us the truth when we needed to hear it, and in being fully accessible. They bring a Christlike love and a refreshing curiosity that is eager to learn and discover with us what God is doing in our midst.
