Aaron Rosales is completing his Doctoral Residency in Clinical Psychology at the University of Connecticut, and is a contributor to the Faith in an Anxious World curriculum. Joining us for our first episode of the series, Aaron gives insight on the difference between anxiety and stress, as well as tips to nurture a growth mindset in our kids when they find themselves facing difficulties.
