Virginia Ward

Dr. Virginia Ward integrates leadership and motivational skills with knowledge of multigenerational urban youth ministry to inspire, enlighten, and help individuals and organizations equip the next generation of leaders. Virginia is the Director of Leadership and Mentored Ministry Initiatives for Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Boston Campus. She also serves as a pastor at the Abundant Life Church in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where her husband, Lawrence Ward, is the lead pastor. Together they lead a consulting company, Wards of Wisdom, to support urban ministries seeking change. They reside in Boston with their two adult sons.
