Sticky Faith Coaching Is Finally Here

Kara Powell Brad M. Griffin | Jan 13, 2014

Got great ideas for your ministry for 2014?

We bet you do.

Do you know how you’re going to move those ideas from theory to reality?

That might be harder to answer.

When we’re honest, most of us ministry leaders don’t excel in leading change strategically. Even those of us who are sort of good at it have often stumbled into helpful practices along the way. At FYI, we’ve learned a lot by reading books and talking to other leaders. But arguably our biggest growth in understanding how to nurture goals into action has come from coaching by Dr. Scott Cormode in leadership and organizational change. We like to call him Yoda.

You might not have a Yoda down the hall at your church or organization. That’s one of the big reasons we wrote the Sticky Faith Launch Kit in 2013 out of our work with Scott and over 100 churches through the proven Sticky Faith Cohort process. We hope your church can join us sometime in a yearlong cohort.

Now we’re stepping up our serve again by launching a new Sticky Faith Coaching option for your ministry.

This year we’re offering 3, 6, or 12-month plans based on both your need and your budget. Each coach is an experienced youth ministry veteran who has been through our yearlong Sticky Faith Cohort. They not only understand where you’re coming from, but they also live in the trenches with you as day-in and day-out ministry leaders.

Below is an overview of the three new coaching packages we’re offering this year. Any package can begin at any time:

And here’s a more detailed look at what you’d get from month to month with a 12-month package:

Whether through coaching, a cohort, one of our books or other resources, or seeing you in person this year, we are honored to partner with you in serving young people. Here’s to a 2014 of fruitful ministry!
