I'm looking for a parent-child technology covenant. Can you help?

We were recently asked this question on our Facebook page, and it’s such a good one that I thought I’d pool some resources in a blog post and ask for more reader-sourced ideas.
We suggest:
- Maintaining Relational Presence in a Technological World, an article on our site by therapist and youth worker Rhett Smith with some great principles and practical ideas for families.
- Common Sense Media has adaptable family agreements around media use.
- The Center for Parent-Youth Understanding’s Digital Kids Initiative has tons of family resources, including downloadable covenants.
What else have you found to be helpful, or what else have you developed yourself for families to navigate technology together?
