How You Can Go Deep in Sticky Faith For the Next Year
Last week we at Fuller celebrated the Inauguration of our new President, Dr. Mark Labberton. Mark’s been serving as Fuller’s President for four months already, and as I told a few people on Inauguration Day, “I knew he was going to be great, but he’s even better than I thought.”
Mark is a former senior pastor with great wisdom on how important it is for church staff teams to be on the same page, rowing in the same direction. Every year, we invite him to share his wisdom on pastoral staff relationships with the churches in our yearlong Sticky Faith Cohort.
A few weeks ago, I had the chance to sit with Mark and find out why he’s been willing to invest his time in Cohort churches. We at FYI would love for you to hear his words and pass them on to your ministry team and pastor as you consider joining our next Sticky Faith Cohort.
We’ve done extensive assessment of churches in previous Sticky Faith Cohorts, and across the board, they tell us this is “the best” training experience they have ever had.
If you want to dive into a year’s worth of training from top Fuller faculty—like our new President—and move your church forward into greater intergenerational relationships, partnerships with families, and a plethora of strategic ideas for your entire church, we hope you pray about joining our Cohort. We are praying that God would lead the right churches into the Cohort, and are wondering if your church is an answer to that prayer. Deadline to apply is December 15, 2013.
