About Gene:

Gene Roehlkepartain is vice president of research and development for Search Institute, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit leader and partner with organizations around the world in discovering what kids need to succeed in their families, schools, and communities. Since joining Search Institute in 1991, he has held a number of roles and has been involved in many areas of the organization’s work, including its work on developmental assets, spiritual development, thriving, and family assets. He is the author of 17 books and more than 200 publications, including several in youth and family ministry.

Brad M. Griffin is the Senior Director of Content for the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI), where he develops research-based training for youth workers and parents. A speaker, blogger, and volunteer youth pastor, Brad is the coauthor of Faith in an Anxious World, Growing Young, several Sticky Faith books, Every Parent’s Guide to Navigating Our Digital World, and the series Can I Ask That?: 8 Hard Questions about God and Faith.
