Chief Learning Officers
Becoming Adaptive Leaders
Fuller alum, professor, and pastor Dr. Tod Bolsinger recently shared some thoughts with other Fuller grads in pastoral ministry about what it takes to be a leader who “leads change” in a faith community. Tod suggests that we need pastoral leaders who resign as Chief Chaplain or CEO of their church and become the “chief learning officer.” In the same way, we need youth pastors and parachurch youth ministry leaders who commit to become adaptive leaders, leading communities of disciples toward God’s future.
