Deep Justice Journeys Live

March 1, 2010

Recently Kara had the opportunity to share insights from our short-term missions research at the Evangelical Covenant Church’s “Connection 2010” event in Denver. With spring break short-term mission trips just around the corner for many of our ministries — and summer coming just down the block — we thought it might be helpful to you and your ministry team to share this video!

Great! Thanks that I could watch this video. Praise the Lord!

    Great thoughts!!!

I want to echo that your research about what high school seniors want is TOTALLY spot on!

Our juniors and seniors also added that they’d want more “camp” experiences. This is indicative of the legacy that we have with our success in middle school camp. Most of our High Schoolers have given their lives to Christ at our middle school camp so their hearts are there.

Loved your phrase “Justice Passion” regarding what we see in our students.

Thanks for your wisdom and insights.

Exciting comments, Susie and DC. And yes, there’s something about getting away from students’ “normal” lives that is so important.
