Good Day team at FYI. Love the articles and certainly is encouraging to those of us who are in youth ministry as volunteer youth pastor’s or full time vocational workers. At Cadre we are doing our best to raise the bar for much of what you are talking about with issues having to do with our students and leaders. Our equipping tool on Equip for middle schoolers and then Converge for High Schoolers and then our Evangelism is Relationships helps raise the bar for discussion and implementation all done in an interactive way.

Thanks Kara, Dave Rahn and Terry Linhart for your research that has helped us develope training tools to encourage and spur on and equip for such Disciplemaking issues. See our new D3 Relationships on core of what Disciplemaking is. Our Learning Communities have really helped us see these implemented in ways where much fruit is being produced in our own youth ministry but also those in our learning communities.
