When Kids Hurt

Our friend and colleague Chap Clark just released his latest book, co-authored with Steve Rabey, called When Kids Hurt: Help for Adults Navigating the Adolescent Maze
. I was excited to see the hard copies arrive on shelves and in our mailbox this week, but even more excited to see how they’ve taken the work that went into Hurt
a few years ago and made it more accessible to youth workers and parents.
My favorite part is all of the youth worker sidebars — some from folks I know and others from new voices — that speak truth and on-the-ground experience into this work in very practical ways.
For the sake of hurting kids all around us, we’re thankful this book exists. Way to go, Chap and Steve!
