Lasting impact. It’s what we all want out of youth ministry, right? As our team does quite a bit of traveling and speaking this fall, we’re sensing increasing energy around focusing youth ministry practices towards what really leads to kids’ lifelong transformation. Of course, if there were some secret formula to produce that kind of faith we’d have an incredible product to market. Unfortunately there’s no fool-proof process or program that transforms kids forever—that’s the job of the Holy Spirit. But our hope at FYI is to partner with you (and the Spirit!) as you lead your ministry ever-deeper. Here are a few things to note this month:
